Refund policy

Your PIVOT founding reservation deposit of $50 is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. To request a refund, email admin@myneuroaxis.com and we will return your deposit in full, no questions asked. Your reservation holds your founding price and your place in line. If we are unable to deliver your unit within the stated shipping window, you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.
